Could not have done the sale without Wingate

This store was located in an economically depressed area and the inventory had been sold down.  The store had been losing money for sometime and the owner stated that he should have closed the store 4 years earlier.  Starting inventory was about $375,000.  The first 2 days of the Pre-Showing sales were almost $38,000.  The owner stated that with the proceeds of the sale he was able to pay off store and personal debts.   He went on to say that he could not have done the sale without Wingate.
